1. We accept Paypal Delivery Or Cash on Collection

2. Items are shipped on clear funds only (If paying by eCheque, remember, your item will only be sent once the funds have cleared)

3. All items are dispatched within 24 working-hours of receiving cleared payment

4. We use First Class Royal Mail for small orders. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for deliveries. Please respect the courier terms & conditions. First class can take up to 14 days to arrive. Usually First Class arrives Next working day. larger items are sent by courier.

5. We welcome viewing & collection by appointment. Please contact us to arrange this.

6. Orders will be shipped to buyer's ebay/paypal address only. Ensure your address is correct before placing your order with us.

7. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays

Returns & Refunds

1. No quibble returns. You may return your item within 7 working days in original condition for a full refund (minus our postage costs). All items are security marked and serial numbers recorded before dispatch

2. When returning, we are not liable for loss or damage of your item in the post. Please use a courier which allows you to insure and track the item you are sending. You are responsible for any return postage to us. To arrange a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

3. Short-shipments and DOA (Dead On Arrival) products must be reported within 48 hours from delivery

4. Any warranty seals must be remain intact.

5. If your item develops a fault within the first 14 days, we will exchange or replace it for a new one. The item must be returned in its original packaging. once the item has been checked for fault or damage, if the claim is valid either a full refund will be issued or a replacement sent out free of charge. All items sold with free delivery will be liable to £6 admin fee to cover the outgoing postage costs in non-fault instances. Please note all returns sent back to us are sent at the customers cost.
