  • The Clinique Pop Lip Color + Primer lipstick is a lightweight formula promising to be long-lasting and moisturizing with a smooth velvet finish. I am not 100% sold on the “primer” claim, it doesn’t perform differently to a normal long wear cream lipstick.
  •  That aside, I was impressed by the product in many ways. True to Clinique’s philosophy, the lipstick is fragrance-free. The colors in the collection are magnificent and I almost couldn’t decide on which ones to buy. In the end, I settled for Plum Pop, Melon Pop, and Sweet Pop. It has a “balm-like” texture, but I did find that I had to use lip balm after about 6-hours.
