This item is a Set of Antique / Vintage Lacquered Oriental Motif Bookends.  One pictures a Geisha walking over a red bridge to a floral garden with overhanging tree.   The other pictures an house with large flowering tree and flowers / grounds.  Each is done over a wood base.  Some chips along edges - see pictures for best description.  No identifying markings as to who / where made.  Looks like there was gold along bottom base but most is worn off.  Each measures approx. 7.5" long x approx. 5.5" tall x approx. 2.5" wide.
