An imaginative miniature clay bud vase of a frog sitting on a top hat, signed by the artist Nancy Yturriaga Adams. Hand painted clay, a black top hat with a green and yellow frog with red and black eyes. Made in the United States. Dated on the bottom 1988.

Measures 3-3/4” H x 2-7/8” in diameter.

In good preowned condition. There is some wear on the top hat sides and a 1/8” diameter chip on the side underneath the frog. On the other side are three tiny and shallow chips in the paint. (All of these are on the black surface and appear to be easy repairs.) The frog is in good shape and firmly attached to the hat. The vase sits securely on a flat surface. See images for details.
