I gladly accept exchanges or returns on non-personalized/custom items. Contact me and have item shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Item must be returned in original new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom products unless they arrive defective or damaged.
