Daily intake recommendations: 1-2 servings per day. We initially recommend 1 serving per day, increasing to 2 servings per day if needed after a few weeks.

Although the product is called a drink, it is a powder supplement that can be mixed with any liquid or food – hot or cold – making it easy to include in your daily diet.
Start with ¼ teaspoon in the morning.
Gradually increase the portion to a maximum of 1 teaspoon.
Mix 1 serving with 250 ml liquid or add to food and then drink a glass of water.
