Many of our products are hand-made or hand-finished. This is how they are intended and the resultant variable finish is what helps to sell the product and set it apart from the mass-produced items you would expect to find in Multiples.

Hand-blown glass will have bubbles and / or slight colour variations. Hand-made ceramics will vary slightly in shape and / or size. Hand-applied ceramic glazes, especially the clever reactive glazes that we often use to create special effects will have firing marks or glaze bubbles or glaze runs. You can see all of these effects on the products when we exhibit on our show stands. These items are not in any way faulty, it is how they are intended to be.

We feel we must point this out to you because we do want all our customers to get complete satisfaction from our ranges and occasionally some of our newer customers are not aware of or don’t know what to expect from hand-finished items.

It all started in 2016 when the owner could find something unusual and well-priced as a present for a friends birthday. We hope you love our products as much as we do sourcing them.

We love our products but understand some times it is just not going to work, don't worry, our no quibble returns policy means you can return anything to us in unused condition and original packaging within 28 days.

Please email us to let us know you are returning something and we can help you.

We promise to refund you within 10 working days of the item arriving back with us, and if you are returning it because of our error, (we try to be darn perfect all the time, but sometimes we muck up!) we will of course refund you all the same (or replace the goods at no extra charge)
