How to use:

    Submerge the mouth trays into more than 80°C hot water for 5 seconds, remove the tray from the hot water and let it cool for 10 seconds.
    Place the trays on your teeth to form an impression.

use your fingers to push below lip and above lip to help mould the front of teeth 

use your tongue to push the back of the guard to help mould the back of teeth 
    Trim the formed trays, cutting at the gum-line.
    Apply the whitening gel in each tray to whiten your teeth.
