At Millercare we will help you obtain your VAT exception when purchasing applicable items from us by simply asking you to provide details of the illness, condition or disability of the user of the item being purchased. All the prices shown for items stated below are exclusive of VAT.

Items will either be marked in the product item description as being ‘Zero VAT Rated’ or are one of the product types listed below.

Once we receive your order for a zero VAT rated item, we will email you via the eBay messaging system so that you can provide us with information regarding your illness or disability.
