Shipping - All items are packaged appropriately either in a padded envelope or a standard envelope .We will gladly combine shipping on multiple orders to save you money. Please wait for us to send you the invoice before transferring payment if you require combined shipping and we can adjust the total as required.
Insurance - Please request postal insurance and that your item be shipped via registered post if you are worried about your item being lost as items lost in transit during postage are not the responsibility of the seller. We will obviously be happy to replace your item for free if you have selected these options, however we cannot replace lost items free of charge if you have not insured your item. Lost items are very rare however we do understand that they occasionally happen through no fault of the seller or the buyer and assuming you have insured your item we will get a replacement sent out to you right away.
