You are buying the card Devastator from the Premiere Limited (black border) set, graded 8.5 (Near Mint/Mint+) by Beckett.

Cards from Premiere Limited are incredibly hard to grade.

NOTE: I had sent this back to BGS since the bottom of the case was chipped. They re-slabbed it and it looks good now, but it looks like in re-slabbing it the card got a small nick on the top-left side. It's still graded an 8.5, but just wanted to flag this in the last picture.
