All items are covered by our 60-day warranty starting on the order date. To return an order please contact us through eBay messaging. We will provide an RMA number and instructions. 

Returns are processed through exchange, repair, or refund according to the buyer's choice. Refunds are given by reversing the original payment. Physical and water damage are not covered by our warranty.

Shipping

Q: How will I know if this device works with my carrier?
A: We always note the compatible carrier in the title of the listing and also in the description settings. Unlocked devices will work with all GSM networks worldwide (such as AT&T and T-Mobile in the US). Only Verizon branded phones work with Verizon. Only Sprint branded phones work with Sprint. 

Q: Are Verizon devices unlocked.
A: Most 4G LTE Verizon devices are GSM factory unlocked, but not all. If in doubt, please ask us.

Q: Is a SIM Card included with the device?
A: Unless otherwise specified, we do not include SIM Cards with our devices. You may use your existing SIM Card or request a new one from your wireless carrier.

Q: Are there more types of SIM Cards?
A: There are 3 different sizes of SIM Cards: nano, micro, regular. Some carriers sell 3 in 1 (one size fits all) SIM Cards. A big SIM can also be cut into a smaller size (a special cutter is recommended).

Q: Are the ESN/IMEI numbers clear for activation?
A: Unless otherwise specified, our fully functional devices have been tested for activation with their intended carrier.

Q: Can I see pictures of the actual item(s)?
A: Our inventory is too large to provide individual images of our item(s). We use our grading scale to group devices of the same condition. Please read the description of the listing for cosmetic condition.
