We are a small UK based family company and hold City and Guilds level 2 qualifications in Food Hygiene.  Our kitchen is rated Level 5 by the Food Standards Agency.  While our toppers do not include nuts or gluten, they have been produced in a kitchen where nuts and gluten are present so care should be taken by food allergy sufferers.
