This is for VW AUDO SEAT SKODA BLUE ALUMINIUM DUMP VALVE which is also known as a ‘DIVERTER VALVE’ and is used to dump the charge-air back into the air intake system keeping external noise to a minimum.

This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably. This is a closed loop valve and protects the turbo by lowering lag between gear changes, thus prolonging the life of the turbo and increase in performance..

The standard valves fitted are renowned for failing for failing and leaking the boost pressure. You will definitely needs ones of these if your car is remapped. This is the correct valve for the VAG engines and we don't sell blow off valves as they can damage the engine and cause unnecessary engine management lights and leak boost.
