Castleton Cina was manufactured in New Castle, PA by the Shenango company. Dwight and Mamie Eisenhower commissioned a set of service plates to augment existing White House china and LBJ and Lady Bird had Castleton manufacture a full set of White House china from a Tiffany's design.

Castleton China was a popular choice for brides in the 50's and 60's. The classic designs and quality production are testimony to this American company that is no more.
