Chalk can help you perform better and improves the safety on almost any lift. Chalk sticks to your hands and creates friction between your skin and the bar (or object). As a result you'll be able to perform more reps of heavy exercises before losing your grip, which is usually the first place you fail in movements such as Deadlifts, Cleans or Pull ups. A layer of chalk can also be useful for preventing blisters and tears that form when you do fast repetitive motions such as kettlebell swings and kettlebell cleans.
Our chalk is 400 mesh, a bit lighter/crumblier than some chalk blocks at the same volume. These blocks made from the finer powder are better at getting into the grooves of the hand maximising your grip. For extra value we sell them as a case of 8.
