please check the part number whenever possible.
all parts are tested before they are removed and found to be in proper working condition this includes displays, display lights and any back lights that might apply.
parts are then. inspected for cosmetic flaws (any will be noted) and cleaned before they are listed.
Parts are used and should be expected to show normal wear. Anything considered to be more than normal wear will be noted.

All parts are tested before they are removed from original vehicle. lights are tested. consider the age of the part you are buying. lights are lights, they get old they "time out" package handling does not help.
