Shipping
Dispatch and Delivery Timeframe
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on most of our products to most areas. Some rural or remote areas may incur shipping. If you are located in a remote and/or rural area, please check with us first before placing your order so we can notify you of shipping costs. Large/bulky items may also incur a shipping cost which will be outlined in the product listing.
- Your item will normally be dispatched within 48 hours from our supplier’s warehouse following payment. However, please keep in mind the current COVID crisis which has created havoc with shipping times. That said, we shall endeavour to get your item to you as fast as we possibly can.
- An email notification containing your tracking number will be sent to you when your order has shipped.
- We are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
- Please ensure your delivery details are up to date with the correct contact name, mobile or landline number and address. Missing information can cause delays or result in lost items, and nobody wants that!
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or an international address at this time.
- If you miss your delivery and were not at home at the time of the courier delivering your item, the courier will leave a calling card to arrange re-delivery. There may be an additional fee charged by the Courier company in this respect. Please contact us via the Ebay Message Centre should you experience any issues.
- Delivery timeframes commence after the item has been dispatched and will vary. There is no guarantee on specific delivery dates or times as delivery is provided by third party services. As a general rule of thumb however, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery depending on location.
- Items that are returned to sender due to the customer not having provided the correct information or left an item unclaimed may incur a courier re-delivery charge.
- We are unable to combine postage on our products as they may be different sizes and weights and can also come from different suppliers which prevents us from dispatching your items in one consignment.

Warranty & Returns
Please do not return items to us before contacting us via Ebay Message Centre. Once you have contacted us we will provide you with full instructions on how to return your item. For items that are damaged in transit or are not fit for their purpose you will need to:
