We ship your items within 24 hours of receiving confirmed payments. Items are shipped via REGD. AIR MAIL (delivery in 2-4 weeks). Expedited shipping (delivery in 3-4 days) upgrade available for an additional $5 per parcel subject to a minimum of $15 shipping cost. Please ask me before paying to get an upgrade. For a combined parcel having more than 4 items - I upgrade the parcel automatically to expedited without additional charges. Upgrade is also available for lesser number of items depending on destination and item cost. Offer not available for trims and appliques. For trims and appliques, I upgrade the shipping to expedited on an order of $ 85 and above.

2.Every attempt is made to bring you top quality products but considering the nature of the items (fancy and decorative), warranty of the product is not available unless specified.

3.We try best to describe the item as is. However, due to digital image capture effects, there is a slight possibility that colors and texture may look different. Please ask any questions before placing the bid.

4.Our all items are directly shipped from India based office in New Delhi. Items are delivered with in a period of 2-4 weeks.

5.We use standard shipping carriers like Ems, DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS for international shipping.

6.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
