International and Local Shipping
We
ship worldwide. Orders are normally shipped out within 1-2 business
days after receiving confirmed payment. We only offer trackable shipping
services. Every ordered item is professionally packaged and shipped.
Smaller items, up to 2 kg, are packed in bubble envelopes and sent by
Priority Registered Postal Services ("Express Int'l Shipping"). Bigger
items and items over 2 kg are sent by parcel post using Economy
Registered Postal Services ("Economy Int'l Shipping") or Priority
Registered Postal Services ("Express Int'l Shipping").
These shipping services are fully insured, and delivery time is normally between 3 to
15 working days, though occasionally in some countries it may take up
to 30 days or more. For buyers from outside Europe, we offer airmail
priority shipping ("Express Int'l Shipping"), because with economy
shipping the delivery time is not guaranteed, and depends on many
factors, that are not dependent on us.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import
duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to find out how much these extra costs will be before you bid or buy.
If you live within the European Union, you will not pay any import duties or charges.
Combined Postage
We do combine postage for multiple items. If you are buying multiples of the same item,
from the same listing, you can find the postage cost under the
"Shipping and Payment" section at the top of the description. If you are
buying several different items, just click "Buy it Now" on all the
items and then "Request a Total from Seller" or "Request an Invoice"
through eBay. In some cases, ordering 2 items will not save on shipping
because the 2nd item will add enough weight to push the shipment into a
more expensive shipping class.
Payment
Payment should be made within 3 days of the end of the auction. The only payment method is PayPal.
Warranty
All our products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty.
Returns
We
give our customers 30 days from receipt to return products for any
reason for a full refund, including outward postage and packaging costs.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging. This does not
include the buyer's return postage costs for sending the item back to
us.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us through eBay messaging,
and simply repack the item and, most importantly, include a cover note
with your eBay user ID, 12-digit item number, your full name, address,
and contact number. In this case, we will refund your return postage in
full and either refund or resend the correct item at your preference.
