* If more than 1 length of the same colours is purchased, your material will be sent as one continuous piece and will not be cut. If you would like the pieces to be individual, then please leave a note at Checkout.

** The Flo pink and Flo Blue, are bright but more of a "Flo Baby Pink"/ "Flo Baby Blue".


Terms and Conditions: 

We can combine postage costs, please request a total for your purchases before making payment. 
We will not combined postage charges / issue refunds for postage charges after we have received payment from you. 

We normally ship your order within two working days, if not the same day. If you receive notification that your order has been sent but have not received after 3 workings days then please contact us for the tracking details.

We use a combination of Royal Mail and Couriers to ensure we get the prices for delivering your items. We do send all of our items "Signed For" or "Tracked" and so a signature will be required upon delivery. Although this increases the price of the postage slightly, it gives both you and us, a reassurance that we can keep an eye on where your order is.

If no one is at the address to sign for the parcel then an attempted delivery card will be left. The card should have instructions on how to re-arrange a delivery or where to collect your parcel from.

* Please be aware we cannot give notes for the delivery of your parcel, if it is being sent with Royal Mail. The parcel will need to be signed for and will not left with a neighbour or in a secure place, unless you have already set up this service with Royal Mail directly. 

** If no one is at home when the delivery is attempted, then a calling card will be left and it is solely your responsibility to organise collection of your goods. 

We hold no responsibility for lost or missing parcels if you have not notified us within 3 weeks of the order date that you have not received the goods.
