• DOMESTIC SHIPPING means that we only ship to locations in the Continental United States.  In our auction listings, Free Shipping or the shipping fees we charge will only provide for Domestic Shipping services.

• Shipping is at a flat rate for shipments to the continental U.S. states.

• Other U.S. territories may incur additional shipping costs. 

• Item will be packaged with extreme care; in the event of damaged packages, receiver is responsible to make note of damages, inform delivery driver, and sign making notations; then email us pictures of the damaged package/item.

• In the event buyer returns the item, shipping charges are non-refundable.

WARRANTY:

• No product liability insurance is assumed;
• Notification of Buyer's intent to return item must be received during the warranty period.
• We will only accept returns which were shipped as an incorrect item, or DOA;
• All items (Software, Accessories, Cable, etc)  that were included with the purchased item MUST be returned also.
• We will only be responsible for (approved) return shipping costs if we have sent the wrong product (Approved shipping methods: US: Priority Mail; International: Air Mail);
• Returning correct and/or functional merchandise as you bid will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, Shipping & Handling is not refundable;
• We strongly recommend to add insurance or request insurance for shipment.
• In the event that an item is lost in shipment, any consideration for refund or replacement will come after the insurance investigation is complete and has ruled in favor of covering the cost of the lost item.
