RETURNS

How do I return?

To return your item you must clearly fill out the Returns Form received within your parcel.

Carefully package the items you wish to return, along with the filled out Returns Form.

Choose your returns postal method we recommend Royal Mail (keep a note of the tracking reference/number)

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if we can process your refund or not.

If all is good, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 working days.
