An art in itself. Manufactured exclusively in the new schwalbe factory. The production is completely different from the production of a normal bicycle tire. For each individual "Handmade Tubular" many steps of careful manual work are necessary. Only the most experienced employees are used to assemble the individual components using a wide variety of manufacturing, gluing and sewing techniques.
