These are NEW, purchased from a retailer that was liquidated by the Dept. of Revenue.
*****Packages got wet and started to mold/rust. I tossed all original packaging and these are being sold loose. Bits may show minor signs of surface rust on shank, but are otherwise clean. If you are unsatisfied with what you receive (you won't be), please let me know.*****
