Helen and Chris.

We both met each other when the chips were down and live was hard. Having a love for live; gives me the confidence; strength and the desire to want to express the positive traits of my Autistic condition; through great interaction with my customers. We live in Cambridgeshire with two pugs.

If orders are placed on a weekend, then your item shall be sent out, via Royal Mail on the Monday.

Through the wizardry of technology, I will always communicate a valid tracking number. One of my pet hates is not  knowing when an item is going to arrive, but with a valid tracking number you will be able to get an idea of when to expect your parcel. 

Late Or no delivery

Having a parcel going missing can be an frustrating experience. But if your item is late, or does not show up, then please show some patience, while we try to locate your parcels whereabouts. If your item does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, then we will offer; either an replacement ; or a full refund; depending on what you the customer desires. At 'Hayward's Electricals', the choice is always left in the hands of the consumer.

Fragile items

In order to minimise breakages; We only use the finest packing materials. However, should your item arrive damaged then please send me a message on here and I will either; honour a replacement; or a full refund. The choice is yours.

No quibble money back policy

'Hayward's Electrical DIY and pet supplies' offers a 30 Day money back policy, on all its items. All we ask is that you return the item to us in the original packaging and we will honour a full refund; or replacement. I am unable to issue refunds that fall outside the time frame; or unboxed items.
