1. VR Glass needs to be used with a mobile phone or computer:
① The mobile phone models currently only support the Mate 30 series, P30 series, Mate 20 series (including Mate 20 X 5G) and Honor V20 series, which have been adapted to the Chinese version of the above models. For specific supported models, please refer to the product details page.
② The mobile phone version must be upgraded to EMUI 10.0 or Magic UI 3.0.0 and above. You can use the Huawei application on the mobile phone> Services> Upgrade early adopters Upgrade (Note: The "Service" application needs to be upgraded to 9.1.7.309 and above).
③ Please use the VR phone data cable (black) that comes with the box to connect VR Glass. The previous generation data cable (white) or other third party cables are not supported.
④ If the application installation interface does not appear on the mobile phone connected to VR Glass, please try uninstalling and reinstalling “Huawei VR Service”. For details, please visit the pollen forum> AR & VR section.
⑤Computer configuration has certain requirements, please refer to the product details page for specific configuration requirements.
⑥ Computer connection to VR Glass requires the purchase of a Belkin VR computer cable separately. This cable will be available soon. Please pay attention to Huawei's official notification.
2. Due to the difference in head shape, some people will feel uncomfortable wearing VR Glass. It is recommended that you buy it after selling in the store.
