Using the KERN EasyTouch App even a simple single scale can be transformed into a powerful weighing system, which offers a range of functions. To do this you simply have to install the KERN EasyTouch App on your PC or tablet (Windows® or Android®), connect the balance (either with cable or wireless), activate the App and straightaway you will be able to control your balance using your PC or tablet.

Note: The basic package EasyTouch OS - Operating system [Kern SET-01] is required as basic system. 

Technical data:

• Licensing: One license can be operated on up to four terminal devices (PC, laptop, tablet) at the same time, working independently
• User: You can store as many users as you need in one license
• Balances: You can store and operate as many balances as you need in one license
• Communication balances-terminal device: The balance(s) can communicate using serial connections, USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet or WiFi with the PC, laptop or tablet

Functions:

• The functionality is to determine other physical properties of the items being weighed, which are related in a linear way with their weight. This function is used, for example, to determine the length of cable or thread or to calculate the surface area (or size) of paper, cardboard or other materials
• The weighing result is automatically converted to the defined target unit and output as shown
• A new conversion formula can be entered easily and quickly. The formula can refer to “g” or “kg”. In addition, the formula can be given a name and a description. The converted result unit can also be freely defined
• Previously stored formulae can easily be selected and applied
• Central master data memory: Free variable objects can be stored in the memory of the system with free variable profile, name, ID, image, etc.. In this way these values do not have to constantly be entered again, but can be easily recalled from the memory. In the master data memory you can also store possible tare value for the typical packaging, box or thread spool which is typically used for the object and which will then be deducted automatically from the weighing result
• ID security: It offers the possibility of storing each weighed and stored weighing result with a unique ID number (Dynamic Object ID) and an ID name (Dynamic Object Name). Storage can be triggered either semi-automatically or fully automatically and this will always happen after the weight has been removed from the balance and then a load has been applied. This means that the user does not have to press any keys to save the weights and can work efficiently
• PC print function and barcode scan function: Running the EasyTouch software in a Windows or Android environment means that you can use the complete PC/tablet accessory structure. In particular, standard WindowsR printers and PC label printers can print out a wide range of weighing slips from the classification procedure or compact adhesive labels with the classification result in the format you have defined

Con la app EasyTouch de KERN, incluso una sencilla balanza se puede convertir en un sistema de pesaje de alto rendimiento que ofrece numerosas funciones. Solo tiene que instalar la app KERN EasyTouch en su ordenador o en su tableta (Windows® o Android®), conectar la balanza (con cable o de forma inalámbrica, como prefiera), activar la app y ya puede controlar su balanza con el ordenador o la tableta.

Nota: El paquete básico EasyTouch OS - sistema operativo [Kern SET-01] se requiere como requisito básico. 

Datos técnicos:

• Alcance de la licencia: Una licencia puede emplearse en cuatro terminales como máximo (ordenadores, portátiles o tabletas) simultánea e independientemente[/]
• Usuarios: Con una licencia se pueden crear tantos usuarios como se desee, sin límite alguno
• Balanzas: Con su licencia puede crear y emplear un número ilimitado de balanzas
• Comunicación con el terminal de balanzas: La o las balanzas se pueden comunicar por una conexión en serie, USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet o por WiFi con un ordenador, portátil o tableta

Funciones:

• La función de la función de variable libre consiste en determinar para los objetos de pesaje otras propiedades físicas que estén en relación lineal con el peso. Esta función se puede utilizar, por ejemplo, para determinar la longitud de los cables o hilos y para calcular la superficie (o el tamaño) de papeles, cartones u otros materiales.
• El resultado del pesaje se convierte automáticamente en la unidad meta definida y se visualiza como se muestra
• Una nueva fórmula de conversión se puede indicar de forma rápida y sencilla. La fórmula se puede referir a „g“ o „kg“. Además, a la fórmula se le puede también asignar un nombre y una descripción. La unidad de conversión resultante también se puede definir al propio arbitrio
• Las fórmulas programadas se puede seleccionar y aplicar con facilidad
• Memoria central de datos maestros: Los objetos de variable libre se pueden guardar en la memoria del sistema con un perfil de variable libre, el nombre, una identificación, una imagen, etc. Así, estos valores no tienen que introducirse de nuevo cada vez, sino que se pueden recuperar cómodamente de la memoria. En la memoria de datos maestros se puede también guardar, si lo hay, el valor de tara del envase, la caja o la bobina típicos en que se suele encontrar el objeto. Este valor se resta luego automáticamente el resultado de pesaje
• Identificación segura: Ofrece la posibilidad de guardar cada resultado de pesaje realizado y almacenado con un número de identificación inequívoco (identificación de objeto dinámico) y un nombre identificativo (nombre de objeto dinámico). El almacenamiento de los datos se activa de forma semiautomática o totalmente automatizada, siempre que se descargue la balanza y se vuelva a cargar de nuevo. Esto significa que el usuario ya no tiene que pulsar ninguna tecla al almacenar datos en masa, para una mayor eficiencia al trabajar
• Función de impresión con ordenador y función de escaneo de códigos de barras: La utilización del software EasyTouch en un entorno de Windows o Android permite aprovechar plenamente la infraestructura de periféricos del ordenador o tableta. Especialmente, una impresora estándar de Windows® y una impresora de etiquetas de un ordenador permiten imprimir extensas notas de pesaje de la clasificación determinada o etiquetas adhesivas compactas con el resultado de la clasificación, de forma definida individualmente
