I have a cat, my clothes are hung up, but occasionally the odd hair may be around when I pack my items up to send. Apologies in advance for this!

I am a private seller and I DO NOT accept returns unless the item is later found to be faulty or wrongly described- something I have genuinely missed when listing

Please ensure you check the size is right for you, and if not sure, please ask me questions. If the item simply doesn't fit you, I am sorry but I cannot offer a refund service

On used items there could be imperfections, but I will mention anything that I notice!

I mainly use Royal Mail for posting, parcel force for larger items. Buyer is responsible, if on rare occasions the carrier fails to deliver.

I always obtain proof of postage and USUALLY dispatch within 2-3 working days of cleared payment.

When an item is lost or delayed Royal mail do not investigate any claims until at least 10 days after postage. PLEASE ALLOW THIS TIME TO ELAPSE BEFORE TAKING ACTION. Royal mail may require a written statement explaining that you did not receive your item, which accompanies the investigation claim.
