The kit does not include linear rails. You need to source 1 pair SBR 20 rails and 1 pair 20mm linear shaft. 4 X150cm rails give an approximate 129cm x 122cm working area.

• It includes 8 bearings, mounting plates and brackets, carriage plate, stop collars, hand locking levers, mounting screws and wood handle adapter. This router sled comes together with the help of a hex key and a screwdriver. 

• X or Y axis can be locked with the locking levers to allow one axis motion milling. Top and bottom rails have stop collars for safety and rectangle template milling, tray cutting. With a vertical mounting table set up, diy templates and a plunge router, it can also make mortise and tenons.

Aluminum carriage has predrilled holes for common Makita, Porter Cable and DeWalt models. For other models, you may need to drill mounting holes. Longer mounting screws may needed depends on router model.  All linear motion parts used are standard and interchangeable, making it easy for parts change.
