Installation:
- We recommend no more than 1.5m between each post.
- Select your location and scan for service like Gas, Water, Electric, Cable etc.
- Remove top surface i.e. blocks, tarmac, concrete pad, or gravel.
- Using a breaker, break away the hard substrate under the top finished surface.
- Using post spoons and a grafter, dig down to 900mm
- When at depth, lower the post into the hole, making sure you are the level you require.
- Lift the post out of the sleeve and check the post is level front to back and side to side.
- Add gravel or and decent small hardcore you have excavated.
- Check levels again.
- If level, put some of the dirt you have removed back in surrounding the outer sleeve of the post.
- Pack this dirt down and compact as possible till you reach about halfway up the post.
- Check levels again.
- Now you can add your post mix.
- Check levels again.
- Lower the inner post making sure it goes all the way down.
- Now finish off with your top finish.
