A New with Tags vintage 1980's black and gold shimmer prom occasion dress by Simon Ellis. It features a black ruched and fine pleat gathered bodice with a low was it and a delightful tiered and layered gold shimmer skirt with a netted petticoat layer. It has a strapless design and the gold skirt has a fine check harlequin design and has different colour shades in the light and comes with a 1980's label stating RRP £175.

The label states Size 10 and the exact measurements when laid flat are: 39cm's underarms, 123cm's overall length. The lower black waistline measures 39cm's and the mid waist measures 32cm's.
