We offer a free shipping via Media mail within USA . If you would like to upgrade to Priority mail( at extra cost) please contact us before making a purchase. All items are carefully packed in boxes and posted within 1-3 business days. We can't make changes to the shipping addresses after the order was placed. Please make sure the shipping information is correct before placing an order. Thank you

No additional import charges at delivery will be imposed if the item is shipped through the eBay's Global Shipping Program which includes international tracking. 
If the item is shipped through other than the eBay's Global Shipping Program buyers in certain countries are responsible for the import charges at delivery. These are not included in the shipping cost. 

Returns

If there is something wrong with the item or it was damaged in shipping process buyer needs to send us pictures of the damage and we will start return/ exchange process from there. Thank you
