To improve delivery times for each of your orders, several of our products are in stock at various Fulfillment Centers in the United States. This not only reduces shipping costs but also allows for very fast deliveries (even within 2 days for expedited service).

Continuously, more and more motorcycle guard and luxury accessories are being sent to the United States from the MoviTec Accessories manufacturing plant. Please be aware that a luxury or guard motorcycle accessory you desire may soon be available in warehouses in the United States for quick delivery.

Domestic Orders:

• Accessories in stock in the USA are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays) via courier services such as USPS, UPS, or Amazon Logistics. Please ensure your shipping information is correct.
• Accessories shipped from the MoviTec Accessories manufacturing plant in Colombia are sent via consolidated exports to our forwarder in the United States, from where each order is re-dispatched through companies like USPS or UPS. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks due to the logistics required for shipping from the manufacturing plant to the final recipient and the customs procedures in Colombia and the USA, which usually require physical (inspection) and documentary review processes.

International Orders:

• For customers outside the United States, orders are dispatched either from the inventory available in the USA fulfillment centers or from the manufacturing plant in Colombia. International shipping is subject to transportation costs that depend on the destination country. These shipments are sent via international shipping services provided by USPS or dispatched from the MoviTec Accessories manufacturing plant through Federal Express.
• International orders dispatched from the USA have a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks depending on the destination, while orders dispatched from the manufacturing plant in Colombia take 4 to 5 weeks to be delivered.
• Please review delivery times and shipping costs, or contact us to verify availability, dispatch time of a particular product, or to save on shipping costs depending on the final destination country.
• Additionally, international shipments may be subject to nationalization taxes at the customs of each country, and this cost must be borne by the final customer.

Shipping Details:

• All shipments are packed using high quality packaging materials to ensure that the products are secure and will not be damaged during transportation or handling.
• Shipping price covers all shipping, insurance, and handling charges.

After receiving the item, please contact us within 30 days. We will refund the item cost, excluding shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the package must be in the same condition as when it was shipped from our warehouse.
