Gorgeous large hardcover book on the use of the airbrush, for amateurs and commercial artists. Includes technical details about the device, use and operation, and lesson chapters on using it for different art techniques. Some of these include Photo-Retouching, Shoe Retouching and How Monumental Designs are Made, Show Cards, Stencils, and Words on Mixing Colours and Tints. This book is so interesting, a real window into early commercial art practices, the illustrations are evocative of the period showing shoe sales advertisements and softened female portraits, etc.

Very good condition. Red cloth covers in good shape, binding tight, pages clean and flat, no smoke or smell.
