The Aeronautics magazine was a British magazine covering different aspects of aviation both military and commercial. It has informative text and is richly illustrated with b&w illustrations. It was a serious publication, offering in-depth, technical and knowledgeable articles written by experts. The advertisements are also very interesting.

In this volume:
  • Report on the 19th Salon de l’Aéronautique
  • Report of the Committee on Weights and Measures Legislation - Metric System
  • Planned Seeing by Norman Macmillan - Operation Room Displays
  • ASMI - Aerodrome Surface Movement Indicator
  • Derby Days
  • The Basis of Soviet Air Power
  • Flying the Skyjeep by DAS McKay - Chrislea CH-3 Series 4 Skyjeep

82 pages

Condition: Very good, some evidence of reading wear and creasing to the covers, the staples have rusted, newsagent’s delivery address written in pen on back cover. Some damage to the spine covering which has vintage tape repairs. Considering the magazine is around 70 years old, its condition is good but not perfect!  The magazine pictured below is the one you will receive.

I accept returns, and if you'd like to see further pictures, or any questions - just ask!
