How to use the sharpener
1 Place the sharpener on the platform, hold the non-slip handle with one hand, and hold the tool firmly with the other
2 Put the blade end into the sharpening edge, keep the blade perpendicular to the table surface
3 Use a certain amount of force to press down on the knife, from the end of the knife to the tip of the knife, do not push and pull
Sharpening order selection
1 less blunt knife
Use the No. 1 position for rough grinding, and then use the No. 3 position for fine grinding. The sharpness of the knife can be restored about 5 times.
2 More blunt knife
Use the No. 2 position for sharpening and then use the above method for polishing
Precautions:
1 The ceramic grinding mouth will change color after use, which is normal;
2 Do not place the sharpener in the dishwasher or water. Keep the sharpener dry and clean;
3 Use uniform force when sharpening to avoid damaging the blade surface;
