- VLCC Insta Glow Bleach makes skin look fairer, radiant & healthy in just about 15 minutes. It bleaches facial hair to match the skin tone. Due to release of nascent oxygen this bleach has a unique gas flushing action, which thoroughly cleanses the skin, unclogs the clogged pores. Pre Bleach Cream conditions skin and protects it against irritation caused by bleaching. This mild bleach can be used on sensitive skin also. The bleach cream contains Hydrogen Peroxide, Polyquaternium Compound, the powder activator contains Persulphates and the pre bleach cream contains Glycerin, Silicon Blend, Allantoin, Acetyl Tetrapeptide. To use, wash the area to be bleached with soap & cold water. Pat dry. Apply half the quantity of pre-Bleach Cream sachet and massage gently till it gets absorbed. Use 1 spoonful of Bleach Cream with half the quantity of powder activator vial. Mix well & apply. Wash after recommended time.
