POSTAGE INFO
All our cards are posted in board backed envelopes.
Postage is £1.30 per order for 1st class You will only be charged once
no matter how many items you buy as long as you pay together in 1 transaction.
We use Royal Mail 1st class for our default postage & Royal
Mail states that they aim to deliver the next working day. But they do not
guarantee any postage times on these services and items are not classed as
missing or undelivered until 10 working days after postage. PLEASE NOTE The
estimated delivery times on the order are added by eBay and we have no control
over them and are only an estimate not a guarantee. Please make sure you
leave enough time for your order to be delivered. (We recommend buying at least
2 weeks before an item is needed to be on the safe side).
Overseas postage times vary vastly and although we do offer to post
overseas I cannot make any guarantees about delivery times. ( overseas postage
is we Use Business priority Airmail)
We normally post everyday Monday to Saturday but there is the odd
occasion where this is not possible.
Please help us to provide the best service possible by ensuring that
your delivery address & postcode are correct.

people are very busy lives and especially on large orders it can be
time-consuming) It is eBay who send out the reminders not us so just ignore
them if you would rather not bother.

Can you please confirm the address is correct?
Please note the estimated delivery date is put on by eBay
and is not a guaranteed delivery date it is only an estimate.
Royal mail aim to deliver the next day but they do not
guarantee it, (they won’t class a package as missing until 10 working days from
posting, up until then they just say it is in the system) they are normally
pretty good, but delays do happen but is rare that they do not turn up at all.
Could you please confirm your address and check with anyone
else in the house to make sure it has not been picked up and if not, you can go
to the drop down menu and click on item not received and request a refund and
when they arrive if you could let me know and you can return it at no cost to
yourself.
Sorry for the inconvenience, I do all I can to get items
delivered on time but once I hand them over to Royal mail, I have to count on
them to get them there.
I advise all my customers to be prepared and buy in plenty
of time (I advise 2 weeks) while most 1st class post does arrive in
a day or two, I cannot guarantee it as it is out of my control.
