Quality you can no longer get.  These were made in the 1960's and 1970's.  Steel was C10-130 carbon that was no longer available in the 1980's.

Most made in USA with Holland and Canadian files.

10" Square 2nd Cut - The second cut allows a smoother finish over a Bastard file.  Coarseness is between a Bastard and Smooth file.
