Founders: Council of Field Commanders of the Orange Revolution (Bezsmertny RP, Tomenko M., Filenko V., Stetskiv T., Sidorenko M., Vasilyuk V.).

The principle of holding is the same in all regions: invited first persons - mayors, governors, their deputies, deputies.

Activists of the city of Kyiv received awards on the anniversary of the beginning of the Orange Revolution.

In each region - not less than 110-130 awards.
