We ship every package within one business day.  The tracking number on first class mail is for delivery confirmation only.  The Post Office does not track first class mail from place to place.  Most packages are scanned at the Moreno Valley sorting station in California and not again until your mail carrier delivers it to you.  Please don’t open a case (request) against us to find out why your package hasn’t been delivered.  Contact us directly with your concerns.  If your package is lost, we will refund your payment.
