Speaker cabinet and drivers made well.  All speakers wires were soldered onto the speakers 

My experience the last 40 years in speakers and hi-end stereo repair and a shop owner, that these are quality speakers.

I just do not know know the manufacture of the drivers?  Built the same as B&W but with Metallic metal frames instead of cast metal.

If your not happy with the performance of these woofers please return them.  I played them in the damaged boxes they were in and they performed very well.
