Payment Policy: All orders require immediate payment. The payment must be paid with PayPal prior to shipment. If you make an offer and it is accepted, the expectation is that the order should be paid as soon as the offer is accepted. Due to the recent increase in offers accepted, but not paid, an unpaid items case will automatically be opened if the item goes unpaid after 48 hours.
Shipping Policy: Our goal is to ship in a timely manner in order to create a positive customer experience. We use both USPS Priority expedited and First-Class shipping depending on which one will be more economical for the customer. All orders ship on the same business day the order was received and paid, if the order was completed and paid by 9 AM CST. Consequently, if your order is completed on Monday prior to 9 AM, it will ship on Monday. After 9 AM, it will go out the next business day. If your order is received on Friday after 9 AM CST, the order will ship on Monday and if received on a holiday, it will ship the next business day after the holiday(s). Business days are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST.
