  • Items will be shipped by USPS or Fedex or UPS on the same or next business day of receiving full payment
  • We do not guarantee that we will use exact shipping method as quoted, but only equivalent or better shipping method will be used. . For example, if the order says shipping through Fedex Ground, we may use UPS Ground or USPS priority. If you do not like specific shipping carrier, please discuss shipping with us through eBay message before purchase.

  • P.O. Box delivery is only accepted for small item. For most orders, we only accept physical address as shipping address. We use USPS, Fedex and UPS despite the shipping method specified on the listing.

  • For most items, we can use buyer provided shipping label. We will provide our address and box dimension for you to generate the label. Please message us about it before purchase.

  • If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Summer and Home, just return the item(s) in new condition within 30 days after delivery for a prompt refund. 
  • Returned product must be in original condition, unworn/unused and with original box. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. A 20% restock fee maybe applied depending on the condition of return.
  • If a return case is opened with the reason other than "item is defective", buyer pays for return shipping cost and we have the right to deduct the original shipping charge out of the final refund. 
  • Buyer receives full refund if item mismatches original item description or does not meet your expectation and we will pay for return shipping cost.
  • If return is accepted on the listing, it is accepted within 30 days of product received. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Payment must be received within 48 hours of the order time.
  • If payment can't be made in that time frame, please contact us as soon as possible to hold your item. Otherwise, the order will be canceled or an unpaid case will be opened.
