Malaysian Spicy Tomato Cooking Sauce

A spicy ready-to-cook sauce for meat with coconut milk, tomato paste and ginger. Just add meat and water.

INGREDIENTS:
Water, Onion, Palm Oil, Coconut Milk, Tomato Paste (8%), Spices (Ginger, Lemongrass, Galangal), (5.3%), Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Tamarind, Modified Tapioca Starch, Chilli (1%), Yeast Extract, Paprika Oleoresin.

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Heat 10 ml (3/4 tablespoon) oil in a pan and brown 300g diced chicken or beef. Add Brahim's Spicy Tomato Sauce with 120 ml (1/2 cup) water.

    2. Cook and stir on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.

    3. Garnish with quartered tomatoes. Serve hot.

STORAGE:

Once opened keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY

-      If you wish to return for any other reason apart from damage during delivery or wrong item sent, please return back to us with the original unused and unopened packaging.

-      Buyer shall bear the return shipping charges, and once the item reaches us; we will arrange the refund to you.
