Our Mission

After buying a magazine online and being very disappointed with my purchase, I decided it was time to offer a better product and service than was currently available.

Therefore, when buying a magazine from us we guarantee that:

  • The overall integrity of the item remains intact
  • Although the magazine is used, it will not have excessive wear
  • The pages will be clearly legible and complete
  • The photograph is of the actual item being sold
  • The items we sell are hand picked and are usually from collections and while we are committed to delivering the highest level of service, which is reflected in our loyal customers feedback remarks, it must be reminded that these are used items that have been read before.  We only list magazines that are in good condition with pages that are clearly legible. We recognise that there is interest in older magazines that are 30 years or more, these may have corrosion to the staples that may bleed into the paper slightly and the spine may have signs of wear or minor damage and or dust or storage marks.

    In the unlikely event your item does not meet your expectations, please message us and we will refund your full purchase price.

    Postage & Delivery

    We post daily Monday to Friday with the aim to have your purchase arrive within the expected delivery window as shown above in the Estimated Arrival dates window. If your item fails to show within the expected time and we all know just how frustrating that can be, please contact us first to make us aware of the delay. It is very unusual these days for post not to arrive but please be reasonable and aware that postage can be delayed from time to time, and seasonal post will more likely be delayed. All we ask is that you don't take your frustration of the postal service out on us as we are here to help. 

    Feedback Policy

    Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback, we are only human and mistakes do happen.

    Returns Policy

    We accept returns and refund within 3 days of the item being returned. We will not refund without the item being returned to us. This is not only to protect us from fraudulent claims but without the returned item we are unable to make improvements to our service.
