Chic Barbie Doll 1996 Blonde Blue Pink Floral Dress Accessories NIB Mattel 17297. Condition is New in the original pink sealed box. she comes  with a dress, jacket, headband, purse, sunglasses, two pairs of shoes and earrings.   The box does have storage  wear. the tie downs on her hands have deteriorated with age, and i think the headband also, unless it is separate and in box, not on her head.
