In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package/letter to request an exchange or a refund.


We exchange or refund a product in the following cases:

First I measure my chest circumference 1
by placing the tape measure under the arms, horizontally
around the bust, up to the tip of the breasts.
Then, I place the tape measure just under my breasts to get my underbust 2


A quick reminder: it's the difference between these 2 measurements that determines my hat.

• 13 cm: A cup
• 15 cm: B cup
• 17 cm: C cup
• 19 cm: D cup
• 21 cm: E cup
• 23 cm: F cup
• 25 cm: G cup


For example, my bust measures 92 cm and my underbust measures 75 cm, (92cm – 75cm = 17cm) so I wear 90 C.

Choose your brief size wisely
To determine your brief size, take the following 2 measurements:
Waist circumference: place your tape measure around your waist (the thinnest part)
The circumference of the pelvis: measure at the widest point of your pelvis, on your hips.
The tape measure must remain horizontal, without tightening too much.

If you have any hesitations, we advise you for the "stockings" (briefs, panties, thong...) to choose a size above your ready-to-wear size.
The important thing is above all to feel good. What could be more unpleasant than wearing panties that are too tight or that can be seen with the naked eye under somewhat tight-fitting clothes!
