Think Gizmos Robot AS-IS FOR PARTS Missing arm, ammo, and shield.  It has been tested and it still lights up and makes sounds. 

This robot is designed in a silvertone plastic with black detailing and red chest plate and face mask.  The robot still works and lights up and talks by turning on the switch on the back.   
 
The robot is about 15 inches tall x about 7 1/4 inches wide x about 5 inches deep, and weighs about 1 pound, 13 ounces.  It is stamped on the back. 

The arm, shield and ammunition are missing.  The body has a few scratches and some paint loss.   Other than that, it is in good condition and it still lights up and talks. There appears to be something rattling around inside.
